Getting started

Voodoo Casino: from an empty account to an active bonus

Nothing hidden in the process: four moves stand between a fresh account and a bonus you can actually withdraw.

A login built on your email

Registration asks for your email address, which becomes your login, and one account per player is the rule, so duplicates get closed.

Meeting the NZ$15 floor

Fund the account with at least NZ$15 from a supported method, and confirm the bonus is attached before the deposit clears.

Voodoo Casino gives you 44 days

Wagering runs on the bonus amount at 37×, so track your progress and finish inside the 44-day window to keep the balance.

Voodoo Casino verifies in 38 hours

Verification needs photo identification, proof of address and a card image, and the email on file explains how to reset a password if you lose access.

Should you take the Voodoo bonus, or play straight?

You plan to play through the full 37× wagering
Your bankroll can sit untouched for 44 days
You will use the spins inside the five-day window
You stay on slots that clear wagering fastest

You want to withdraw winnings this week
You prefer smaller, repeated deposits over one
You only play a game that barely counts

When the maths lands

Small deposit, large playthrough

Multiply the bonus by 37× and the real task appears: a NZ$50 deposit brings a NZ$64 bonus and NZ$2,350 to wager.

Bonus questions, answered

Straight answers before you claim anything

Reach for this when a term in the small print has you pausing before you deposit.

trustHow long does the welcome bonus stay in my account?+

Where a bonus runs out after 44 days, everything tied to your first deposit must be cleared before then. Spins in the daily ritual sit inside that window as well. Check the clock the day you claim, not the day you cash out.

trustCan I withdraw winnings made from the bonus?+

Can I withdraw bonus winnings? Yes, once the 37× is cleared and your documents are approved. Until then the bonus and its winnings stay locked. Verification takes 38 hours, so send your ID and address proof early.

trustWhere do I find the wagering on the welcome offer?+

Where does 37× come from? It means the bonus amount gets wagered 37 times before any of it becomes cash. On a NZ$50 deposit you would receive NZ$64, so NZ$2,350 has to be played through inside 44 days.

trustWhen did Voodoo Casino become licensed, and by whom?+

When does the licence apply? Voodoo Casino N.V. has held its Gaming Control Board Curaçao licence, OGL/2013/3140/886, since 2013. That same licence covers players in New Zealand today. The operator company number is 664323.

trustHow long does it take to claim the bonus on a phone?+

Phones handle the whole flow the same way desktop does, since the site runs in the browser with 128-bit SSL. Claim the 127% match, then take your 25 spins each day from the same screen. No download is needed anywhere along the way.

trustWhere do I stand if I would rather play without a bonus?+

Skip the bonus entirely and every dollar you deposit stays yours, with no 37× sitting between you and a withdrawal. Nothing has to be cleared in 44 days either. You simply play the 2,065 games on their own terms.

Fine print

Shut the small gaps that cancel rewards

This block settles which small moves can cancel a reward you have already earned.

Two accounts, one outcome?

The house grants each player one account only, so a second sign-up for another welcome offer is a duplicate and both get closed with funds at risk.

Keep to the one account you opened

Ask support before any new sign-up

Before the count clears, it waits

Cashing out while the 37× wagering sits unfinished voids the request, because the bonus stays locked until the full play-through is met.

Track your wagering before you request

Clear the 37× count first, then withdraw

Beat the clock you agreed to

A bonus that runs out after 44 days is withdrawn with its remaining gains, so slow play on heavy wagering quietly wipes out what you built.

Note the 44-day end date at claim

Front-load your play in the first weeks

Voodoo Casino links offers first

Depositing before you switch the offer on means the payment lands with nothing attached, and the welcome match will not apply to money already sent.

Activate the offer, then fund it

Check the bonus shows before paying
