Code not going through
Fix a refused code before you deposit
Most refusals come from a small slip you can correct in a minute, not from a bad code.
Has the offer window closed?
Once the window printed on the offer closes, the system turns the code down. Pick another live code from the list above, or ask support what is running for your account.
Do I have to finish my first bonus?
Voodoo Casino clears one bonus at a time, so a running package blocks the next code. Finish or forfeit the earlier offer in the cashier, then enter the new one.
Why does a copied code work and mine not?
A stray space before the code, or a lowercase letter where a capital belongs, counts as a wrong code. Copy it from this page and paste it exactly as shown.
Country restriction on the offer
Some offers are built for other markets and reject New Zealand accounts. Read the terms line before you type, and stick to codes listed on this page for NZ players.
Voodoo Casino moves the field to the cashier
Voodoo Casino keeps the bonus field in the cashier and the profile, not in the app sign-up screen. Open the site in your browser, log in, and enter the code there.
Voodoo Casino support traces the refusal
When every step above fails, send live chat or email the code, the amount and the time you tried it. Support runs around the clock and can see the exact refusal reason.

BLAZEMAXDEP1 — 127% up to NZ$1,350 + 242 free spins
BLAZEMAXDEP1 sits on registration and needs NZ$15 down, with 37x wagering on the bonus and a cap of NZ$8 per spin.
The moment you suspect a code has been wasted, not before.
One account, one welcome
A second account to grab another welcome code breaks the one-account rule, and the duplicate gets closed with the bonus inside it.

Keep the winnings, not the bonus
BLAZEMAXDEP1 and BLAZEMAXDEP3 are sticky, so the bonus itself stays behind while only winnings can ever leave.

Your stake went too high
Any single bet over NZ$8 while clearing a welcome code voids the whole bonus, however much wagering you had already done.

A credit you keep
Punching the code in after the money lands means the deposit stands alone, because the code field has already been passed at the cashier.

Voodoo Casino explained
What do you want to know first?
Clear terms, sent in plain words, are how Voodoo Casino prefers to answer a player.
trustDo I need to deposit before using VOODOLUCKY20?+
VOODOLUCKY20 hands you 20 spins worth NZ$0.10 each on Madame Destiny Megaways. No deposit is needed, but the code is tied to a fresh account and a verified identity. Winnings carry 40 times wagering, and NZ$100 is the most you can cash out.
trustWhy does casing matter when I enter a code on my phone?+
On a phone the code field sits in the same two spots: registration and the cashier. Paste the letters rather than typing them, because the entry is case sensitive and a lower-case copy fails.
trustWhat happens when a code dispute reaches the Curaçao regulator?+
Voodoo Casino N.V. is the company behind the site, and its licence comes from the Gaming Control Board Curaçao under number OGL/2013/3140/886. The same licence has covered the operation since 2013.
trustWhat happens when two codes are waiting in my account?+
Two codes in one account do not stack: the system holds a single bonus, and the second code is refused until the first is cleared. Personal offers such as 50 birthday spins come without a code at all.
trustWhere do I put a code after my account exists?+
BLAZEMAXDEP1 belongs to the registration form; the second and third welcome codes, and VOODORELOAD35, wait in the cashier before the deposit is confirmed. A code typed after that point has no field left to land in, so enter it first.
trustWhat happens when I ask to withdraw before wagering ends?+
Bonus winnings turn into cash only after the 37 times wagering is complete. Cash-outs start at NZ$41, verification takes about 38 hours, and NZ$35,000 is the ceiling on a single withdrawal.
Keep your own rules in charge
A code never commits you to another spin, and the wagering clock is not a reason to chase it. Set deposit, loss and session limits in your account before you play, and step away freely. If gambling stops feeling like a choice, the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand, Gambling Helpline New Zealand and the Multi-Venue Exclusion Programme offer free, confidential help.
Loss limits. A loss ceiling stops your session once your net losses reach the figure you set, whatever the bonus asks of you.
Deposit limits. This caps what you can put in over a day or a week, so a tempting offer cannot pull more from your wallet.
Self-exclusion options. A break you choose in advance locks you out for a set stretch, giving the wagering target time to lose its pull.
More on each deposit
Build your balance step by step
Each welcome code only works on its own deposit, so the package grows as you pay in. The worked example below runs the first step through the turnover formula and shows what an average return leaves behind.

From code to credit
Voodoo Casino takes you from code to credited bonus
Where each code goes, and what the screen should show you.
Which code fits you?
Match the code to your situation first: registration codes need a fresh signup, cashier codes need a deposit tied to them.
Register with your email
Sign up with your email address as the login and give your real details, since verification asks for identification later.
Voodoo Casino code box
Type the code with no spaces into the field the code asks for, whether that sits on the registration form or at the cashier.
How much to send?
Fund the account with at least NZ$15 for the first step, remembering that Skrill deposits do not qualify for the welcome codes.
Voodoo Casino balance
Bonus money appears in your balance straight after the payment clears, but a missing credit usually means the code went in too late.
Clearing the wagering
Play through the 37x with stakes under NZ$8, and keep an eye on the forty-four day window before the bonus expires.
